In the year 2015, a program called Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) was launched by the central government to provide housing to all sections of society. Through this program, housing is provided at affordable rates to citizens belonging to low-income groups (LIG), middle-income groups (MIG 1 and 2) and economically weaker sections (EWS) of urban and rural areas of the country.
Let us tell you that under the PMAY program, the Union Cabinet had set a target of providing ‘Housing for All by the year 2022‘, which has now been extended till the year 2024. While increasing the total target of pucca houses by the central government, it has been revised to 2.95 crore houses. During the Union Budget 2022-23, to boost the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), the Union Finance Minister has recommended the construction and distribution of more than 80 lakh affordable houses by the year 2023. Along with this, the Finance Minister has also recommended allocation of Rs 48,000 crore for timely delivery of stalled and under construction projects under the PMAY program across the country

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2022-2023: Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was earlier known as Indira Awas Yojana. This is a welfare scheme made by the Government of India for the rural poor. On lines, this scheme for the urban poor was started by the government in 2015. The expiry period of which was kept till 2022. The purpose of starting this Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2022-23 of the government is to provide houses for all from 2022 to 2023.

- In the first step, you have to go to the official website of PM Awas Yojana.

- In this, you enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and click on the Show button.
- And then the list of beneficiaries will open on your screen.

How to Download and verify PMAY Gramin List PDF 2022-23
PMAY List 2022-23 can be downloaded and verified by the below-mentioned steps, please follow these:
- In the first step, you have to go to the official website of PMAY-G.
- After that, a home window of the website will appear on your system screen
- After that on the homepage of the website, you have to click on the option of “Report“. Then you have to select a new window from the section of Social Audit Report. After that, you have to go to the option of beneficiary information for verification.
- Now you have to fill the required field in “Selection Filter” for the following steps. Now you have to first select the year for which you want to check PM Awas Yojana Gramin List
- After this you have to choose the option of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin, after that you have to choose the name of the state, choose the name of the district, select the block, select the panchayat.
- Now you have to click on submit option. After this you can get Village Name, Registration Number, Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary Father or Mother Name, Name to whom the house was assigned, Sanction Number, Sanctioned Amount, Installment Payment, amount provided under know. And you can also check house status in PMAYG program and PMAYG beneficiaries list.
