NIT CSE Admission with 98 percentile
NIT Trichy and Warangal have highest percentiles for CSE admission, but their are other colleges of NIT where the cutoff for percentile may go down from 99 and can invite candidate with 97 to 98 percentile in 2025. They may check the NIT Silchar, NIT Durgapur, NIT Nagpur etc. however you may also prepare to look an opportunity in NIT Delhi, but percentile may go high in Delhi in this year because a huge number of students are getting good percentile in JEE Mains result 2025.
Where to get admission with 98-99 percentile in JEE Mains 2025
National Testing Agency- NTA conducts JEE Mains paper 1 for B.E and B.Tech candidates to offer them admission in IITs and NITs and other CSE colleges in India. Total 12,58,136 candidates have participated in the JEE mains exam scheduled on 22, 23, 24 and 28 January 2025 for paper 1. The authority have released a list detailed list of the candidates who achieve 100 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2025 where 14 students are listed as topper achieved 100% score. Apart from this, NTA have also shared a list of 44 candidates who top in their states across the country. Among 14 toppers 5 candidates are from Rajasthan and 2-2 candidates are scoring 100% from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh.
Apart from this the list is showing that students in Ladakh, Nagaland are scoring maximum 95 to 96%. Students in Lakshadweep are getting a maximum of 90 percentile. So there are higher possibilities to go down the percentile for NITs in these specific states, so you can also opt for these in your preferences list. Apart from this, the category wise percentile will also affect maximum percentile to get admission in NIT CSE colleges in 2025 where the maximum cutoff for UR, OBC, EWS category will be 100 percentile and Percentile for SC, ST and PWD will be maximum 99%.
