It is the IRCC Second Express Entry Draw of PNP program in Canada in this year which is Inviting additional 455 applicants to complete their Application to settle in Canada.

IRCC Second Express Entry Draw 2025 for PNP Candidates

Provincial nominee program have earlier invited 471 candidates on 7 January 2025 according to their cutoff scores. The cutoff scores of the first draw was 793. Now the have released the IRCC Second Express Entry Draw of the PNP program on 4th February 2025 where they invited total 455 candidates for fill the ITA.
However cut off scores for these candidates are decided 802. Since the program invites only specific skilled person in the country so the cutoff score is usually increased for PNP programs to invite only gentle and Noble people in the country. If the government announce the third draw the program then the cut off marks can increased further accordingly.
6,276 ITAs in 2025
Only lucky people who are fulfilling all the important criteria’s to settle in Canada I am getting invitation to apply- ITA from the IRCC under different programs. As per the reports, the department has released total 4 draws to permanently settle in USA where 2 draws are released for PNP program and 2 draws are released under Canadian experience class program.
However the PNP program invites a little number of applicants, but the experience class program invited total 5350 candidates in both draws. The cut of marks for these draws were 542 and 527 accordingly. In the Canadian experience class program, the number of invitees increases in the 2nd draw and the cut of marks for these invitees decrease from 542 to 527.
So combinedly 6276 candidates have received invitation from the Government of Canada in last 35 days from the starting of January 2025. Since it is a good opening for international immigrants, so the number of invites can be increased in upcoming months for different programs accordingly.

IRCC Programs to get citizenship in Canada
Currently the government is inviting applicants under IRCC Second Express Entry Draw to get citizenship right to live in the Canada by following these programs :-
- The Canadian Experience Class (CEC);
- The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP); and
- The Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP).
- Provincial nominee program- PNP
However the eligibility criteria for each program is different and the government is only inviting specific skilled individuals to live in the country under these programs. You can check the eligibility to apply in these programs in the next section.
Eligibility criteria to apply in IRCC PNP program
- Only those individuals who lived and Canada for at least 3 to 5 years under the work permit or any other permit unable to apply in PNP and other citizenship programs.
- The proficiency in English language or French language is must while applying for the IRCC Second Express Entry Draw, so you should be either English native or French native individual.
- You are required to be skilled in specific skill such as medical sector, architect, engineering etc.. to be eligible for getting an invitation from the government.
- The authority check the eligibility of the applicant according to their cutoff scores which should be more than 600.
- The cutoff score is calculated by following multiple factors such as the specification in the specific skill, number of Years by applicant lived in the country, proper documentation and cooperation with the government etc.

IRCC Express Entry Draw 2025 Procedure
Here is a simple step-by-step guide about the IRCC Express Entry Draw Procedure :-
STEP 1: Check the eligibility for IRCC Express Entry Draw for each of the three programs administered by Express Entry has specific Minimum Standards. You must satisfy al least 1 eligibility requirements.
Step 2: Complete the language test & collect all required documents to submit the Express Entry Candidate Profile.
Step 3: Submit your IRCC Express Entry Draw Candidate Profile at the IRCC website after that you will receive a CRS score.
Step 4: You have to wait until IRCC makes an eligible IRCC Express Entry Draw based on your CRS score and the time of creating your IRCC Express Entry Draw candidate profile.
Step 5: If you receive an ITA, submit a completed electronic IRCC Express Entry Draw application for PR to IRCC and pay the required fee within 60 days of receiving the invitation.
Step 6: Provide your biometrics if requested by IRCC.
Step 7: Wait for the authority’s final decision on your IRCC Express Entry Draw application. If it gets approved, you will receive a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and if necessary, a permanent resident visa, which will allow you to complete your landing in Canada. Once you have landed and signed your COPR you become a permanent resident of Canada.
