This is to notify to all concern students that the Summer Term Course is scheduled to commence from 3rd June 2019 as per the revised Academic Calendar. Students are directed to apply online through the link which will be activated from 31st May to 3rd June 2019.

With reference to Senate resolution R10/SENATE-XVII/19, to run any course in the Summer Term, minimum 20% of the enrolled strength should have registered for the respective course. If the number of registrants for any course is less than the minimum criteria, then the course will not be offered for Summer Term.

One student can register for maximum two courses only and the registration fees are ₹ 5,000/- per course for Gen/OBC students and ₹ 3,000/- per course for SC/ST students.

Mess Fee for hostellers during the period will have to be paid separately. A separate notification will be issued from the Chief Warden’s office in this regard. Summer Term registration fee will only be refunded if the course registered is not floated for the Summer Term due to non- fulfillment of criteria.

The form generated after filling up the online application form along with the payment receipt must be submitted to room no 10 in Deans’ block on or before 3rd June 2019. No applications will be entertained after the last date.
